Under Our Sky accepts refund and exchange requests for up to 15 days after the item has been received. Refunds and exchanges are only granted upon approval. Items sent back without authorization cannot be accepted. Please contact returns@underoursky.com with the specifications and reasons for the return.

Refunds are issued based on the following parameters:
1. Under Our Sky unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund any defective item.

2. If you are unsatisfied with the size, quality, or color of an item you make one exchange for an item in another size (if available) or color (if available).

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Under Our Sky will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The customer should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for Under Our Sky to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Repairs: Under Our Sky accepts repairs for up to 3 months after date of purchase. All repairs must be approved by Under Our Sky prior to returning. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
